PET ADOPTION GUIDELINES
ANGKOP regulates strict guidelines and protocols for pet adoption. Animal health and welfare is our top priority. We need to be certain that every animal will find its fur-ever home and a family or a human buddy to be with. If you are interested and excited to be a fur parent, just follow these guidelines:
1. Fill out and submit the application Form.
- You may download the form from our website (insert link) or visit our office.
- Indicate active contact details such as-mail address and mobile number(s).
- Also provide a complete address and location link (GPS) or sketch.
- Present a valid I.D. and submit a photocopy of this (to be attached to the application form).
2. An ocular inspection or home visit maybe conducted.
- We will let you know if a home visit is needed before adopting a pet.
- For safety reasons due COVID 19, this may be suspended.
- Photos of your home particularly the area where the new pet will be kept may be requested to be sent to us, instead
3. Interview
- You will be advised for the details of the interview (this can be done via zoom or FB messenger).
4.Expect a random visit from us.
