Aldrin is a veterinarian by profession, an animal welfare advocate who promotes responsible pet ownership by educating the public about the importance of spaying/neutering animals to control the overpopulation of cats and dogs in the Philippines.   He knew that by taking care and protecting an animal, he is protecting and taking care of the owner and the community!

He is a proud member and volunteer veterinarian of ANGKOP.  Through the organization, he’s able to provide medical assistance and protection to the animals by participating in projects and missions.   This allows him to put his beliefs in action – animals have rights and should be respected.  They deserve a healthy life free from abuse and cruelty.

And he quoted Schopenhauer, “Compassion for animals is connected with goodness of character, and it may be confidently asserted that he who is cruel to animals can’t be a good man.”
